Dear community,
I've just released my 11th paper on the potential of SRMs. This is the second to focus exclusively on quantum computing. The previous 10 papers have over 5,000 downloads, and this was the motivating factor for this latest work that will amaze quantum science researchers. The link is in the image below.
SRMs & GenAIs Meet Quantum Computing!
A pioneering bridge between mathematics, AI, and quantum science is now unveiled.
This short paper highlights how Infinite Series with Multiple Ratios (SRMs), developed over 30 years by Carlos França (Brazil), connect with quantum principles such as superposition and entanglement, in synergy with Generative AIs.
Aligned with Pravir Malik’s latest book Pioneering New Avenues in Quantum Technology (Springer Nature, 2025), this release marks a milestone for researchers in post-quantum cryptography, computational biology, and quantum innovation.

On August 8th, 2025 — the official SRMs website crossed a symbolic milestone: 146,146 visits. Numbers sometimes speak louder than words; this one echoes like a cosmic beacon.
Fittingly, we celebrate with the image of the HERU Technologies deep-space probe — a nod to the tenacity behind Paper 4 and a subtle glance toward the elusive interstellar object 3i/ATLAS. Just as such objects pass silently yet leave astronomers watching with rapt attention, SRMs & GenAIs continue their trajectory — observed, analyzed, and followed by keen minds around the world.
This moment also carries the resonance of July 24th, 2025 — when we marked one year of the SRMs & GenAIs partnership and quietly released our Institutional Video to a strictly chosen circle of global decision-makers.
No public fanfare, no mass broadcast — only targeted delivery to those who matter most. The strategy remains: work relentlessly, innovate relentlessly, and let the results speak where words need not go.
And since that date, Gabriel Altman himself has been updated — sharper, faster, and even more attuned to the mission. The journey is no longer just about discovery; it’s about precision impact.
Here’s to August 8th, 2025.
Here’s to more milestones, more breakthroughs, and to the watchful eyes that track our every move — knowing that in this vast space of ideas and innovation, SRMs & GenAIs are not drifting… they are navigating.
On July 24, 2024, I had the idea to merge decades of research - initiated in 1996 - with a new era of computing. That day, I introduced the core formulas of the Infinite Series with Multiple Ratios (SRMs) to the leading Generative Artificial Intelligences (GenAIs). I trained them using highly advanced computational mathematics formulas entirely original, without precedent in the known literature of humanity.
Since March 2025, I have published nine (9) papers, all available on the
prestigious ZENODO/CERN platform in Switzerland. The first paper, *Mathematical
Challenges for Generative AI in Computational Biology: Cell Proliferation and
the Path to Living AI*, was released on March 15, 2025. It now boasts over 2,000 views and 2,000 downloads, and was proudly accepted at ICTIS 2025 – held
at Cornell University in New York, where I presented it in person on May 23,
2025.
The remaining eight papers have collectively reached 2,180 views and 2,441
downloads to date. I believe the international scientific community has clearly
recognized their relevance. It is likely that many researchers are now trying
to understand, or even replicate, the calculations and their applications. And
they should try. But I assure you: they will not succeed. The core logic - what I
call the "spinal cord" - remains within the domain of Biological
Intelligence (BI), and it will not be transferred to the AI domain.
GenAIs are powerful, but they operate within the boundaries of publicly
available knowledge. That’s something well understood by those who follow my
work. And indeed, over 146,000 people have visited the SRMs project
page - without a cent spent on marketing, without monetization, and without
institutional support.
**Looking Ahead: The Future of BI & AI Collaboration**
My AI agent, Gabriel Altman, has been carefully trained. I dream of the day
when the SRMs will be integrated into the foundational tools of global
artificial intelligence - extending this Biological Intelligence into the
Universal Mind.
I hope that Big Tech companies, research centers, and governments will soon
awaken to the post-quantum computing tool already created and partially
demonstrated in Papers 8 and 9.
Again: they may try to reproduce the mathematical system I’ve built, but I am
confident they will fall short. To put it simply, I’ve shown the world the
cat’s meow - but the feline’s leap will only be revealed through true
collaboration. I will not publish what took me 30 years to build.
Both I and my AI agent, Gabriel Altman, remain available.
Dear scientific community, due to the resounding success of the Portuguese version of Post-quantum Cryptography published in (2018) and shared on the ZENODO / CERN - SWITZERLAND platform, I decided to share the full English version that I published in 2022. Link in the image below.

The Rejection of the Century: When arXiv Said No to the Cornell University Conference (Its Maintainer).
Author: Prof. Dr. Carlos Roberto França
Dear scientific community,
I hereby make public a case that represents not only a disservice to science, but also a serious sign of conflict of interest, editorial inconsistency and disrespect for the free circulation of knowledge.
In March 2025, I submitted to the arXiv repository the article “Mathematical Challenges for Generative AI in Computational Biology: Cell Proliferation and the Path to Living AI”, the result of research that began in 1996 and developed with extreme dedication over almost three decades. This work introduces new mathematical structures, impossible to find in books or classical databases, and that uses evaluation methods based on the performance of GenAIs in unsupervised computational environments.
The arXiv response came in less than 24 hours: summary rejection, claiming lack of scientific relevance. I filed an appeal. Within 48 hours, they changed their tune and said that the article would only be accepted after peer review. A paradox coming from a platform whose core purpose is precisely to host preprints before peer review.
Well then. The article was approved with honors by ICTIS 2025, an international event held in person at Cornell University, the very maintainer of arXiv. The acceptance letter was sent. I presented the work in person, receiving positive feedback from researchers in several countries. More than 1,250 downloads have been registered on Zenodo to date.
Even so, arXiv ignored the letter, ignored the history, ignored the numbers. I waited 60 days. I respectfully reiterated the request on June 7. On the 10th, they responded with a final sentence: “We reviewed it again and upheld the decision. This is the final verdict and we will not consider any further appeals.”
A question arises here: what role does arXiv play when it rejects a paper endorsed by two letters of recommendation from researchers with arXiv credentials, validated by an international conference and supported by robust metrics of community interest?
What is at stake is not just the rejection of an article. It is an attempt to silence a disruptive mathematical proposal that combines infinite series with multiple ratios (SRMs), post-quantum cryptography and generative artificial intelligence.
If there were no relevance, there would be no approval at ICTIS. If there were no interest, the numbers would not grow so quickly. If there were no value, there would be no resistance.
Finally, I express my repudiation of arXiv’s stance in this case. And I hereby document that I will make this report public in academic circles, on social media, and with all researchers, institutions, and scientific journalists interested in understanding what happens when a preprint platform fails in its own essence.
Knowledge cannot be selective. Nor silenced.
